The Butterwash Technique

What sets Heritage brandy aperitif apart is its crafting process which unique to any other, the butterwash technique.

Rich butterscotch is cooked and then carefully blended with fine South African brandy, coating every drop of the spirit in a velvety warmth before the hand-harvested herbs are introduced.

The result is a bold, smooth aperitif with a silky mouthfeel and notes of butterscotch, molasses, honey and aniseed that linger long after the last sip.
