Espresso Martini
Martini Glass
- 1Add a double shot of fine espresso and 4 large ice blocks into a shaker.
- 2Add 1 shot of Heritage and shake vigorously until the shaker frosts.
- 3Pour into the martini glass.
- 4Layer 1 shot of thick pouring cream over a spoon to float on top.
- 5Grate 1 block of chocolate to dust the top and finish with a sprig of spearmint.

Highlander
Highball Glass
- 1Add 4 large ice blocks to a highball glass.
- 2Pour a double shot of Heritage over the ice.
- 3Cut a long sliver of lemon peel and roll it into a flower. Add to the glass.
- 4Top with soda water until almost full and stir gently with a swizzle stick.

Dom Pedro
Brandy Bell
- 1Into a blender add two scoops of ice cream and one scoop of milk.
- 2Add a double shot of Heritage.
- 3Blend until fluffy.
- 4Pour into a brandy bell and dust generously with cinnamon.
